Stephen D. Bowdish, 33, of Spokane, Wash., Was arrested on a Kootenai County warrant on First Avenue at 7:48 a.m.

Leif A. Abel, 52, of Ketchikan, Alaska, was cited in the 1400 block of Boyer Avenue at 8:56 a.m. for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

A trailer was reported taken from the 1400 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 11:38 a.m.

A controlled substance incident was investigated at 11:56 p.m. in the Kootenai Cutoff Road and Moody Lane area.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 700 block of Lake Street at 4:07 p.m.

Jared T. Leighlite, 35, of Sagle, was arrested in Block 4000 on a Bonner County warrant at 4:30 p.m.
