Alabama 7, Oakland 4; First half


TUSCALOOSA, Alabama – Alabama’s No.14 (3-0) will host Oakland (2-1) inside the Coleman Coliseum tonight. The match will start at 7:00 p.m. CT and will be broadcast on SEC Network +.

The Crimson Tide will conclude their four-game home streak to start the year by hosting the Golden Grizzlies in Tuscaloosa. The contest will be Alabama’s last home game in three weeks (Dec. 11 against No. 15 Houston). The Crimson Tide basketball team enters Friday’s contest after winning 13 straight home games dating back to a 73-71 loss to Western Kentucky on Dec. 19, 2020. The streak began in the very next game against East Tennessee State (won, 85-69) on December February 22, 2020, as Alabama have won their last 10 home games of the 2020-21 campaign.

The 13-game winning streak at home is the Crimson Tide‘s The longest winning streak at home since securing a school record of 24 consecutive home wins from March 2010 to December 2011.
